The Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, founded in 1958, is a large-scale Grade III-A general hospital directly administered by the National Health Commission. Located in Changsha, Hunan Province, it traces its origins to Yale Hospital, established by the Yale-China Association in 1906.
