Please be aware that medical screening technologies, diagnostic devices, laboratory assays, pharmaceuticals, and protocols utilized by Healthcare Providers in China are governed by Chinese healthcare laws and regulated by China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

10. Third-Party Non-Medical Services (Logistics, Hotel & Transport)
Combo Health may assist in arranging non-medical third-party services, including hotel accommodations, local ground transportation, airport transfers, and translation interpreters.
Independent Vendors: All transportation companies, drivers, hotels, and external service vendors are independent contractors and not employees or sub-agents of Combo Health.

11. Distinction Between Coordination Fees and Medical Fees

Separation of Fees: The Coordination Service Fee compensates strictly for administrative, logistical, and language support provided by Combo Health. It is completely separate from any fees charged directly by host hospitals, clinics, or physicians for medical care, diagnostic imaging, or laboratory processing. 12. Language Interpretation & Medical Document Translation Disclaimer
Combo Health provides bilingual assistance and document translation services to facilitate communication between foreign patients and Chinese clinical personnel.
Informational & Administrative Purpose: Translations of medical records, intake forms, diagnostic reports, and physician instructions are performed for general informational and administrative facilitation only.
Precedence of Original Medical Records: Clinical decisions, prescriptions, and official diagnostic findings are legally governed strictly by the original, certified medical records and official statements issued by the attending licensed Healthcare Provider in China.
Discrepancy Resolution: In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, translation error, or discrepancy between a translated document and a physician's official diagnosis or native-language medical report, the original certified medical provider's document and clinical judgment shall prevail. Combo Health’s administrative responsibility for translation errors, if any, shall be capped in accordance with Section 17 below.
13. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Complementary Modalities
Certain partner facilities offer Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic and therapeutic options (e.g., acupuncture, pulse diagnosis, herbal consultations, cupping).
Regulatory Context: TCM is an established and regulated component of the medical system in China. However, the theoretical framework, evidentiary standard, and regulatory classification of TCM modalities may differ from conventional Western medicine standards in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or Australia.

Data Handling Notice: While Combo Health adheres to international privacy principles and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR where applicable), cross-border health data transfers operate in strict compliance with Chinese data protection laws (including the Personal Information Protection Law - PIPL).
Explicit Consent: By requesting coordination services or confirming your service booking, you grant explicit consent for Combo Health to handle, store, and transmit relevant medical documentation strictly necessary for scheduling and translation purposes as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
17. Limitation of Liability, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, COMBO HEALTH GROUP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, personal injury, medical malpractice, diagnostic delay, health complications, or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with:
1)Any medical advice, diagnosis, screening result, procedure, or treatment provided by independent Healthcare Providers;
2)Non-wilful errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content or translated medical materials;
3)Reliance on informational content or patient testimonials published on our platform; or
4)Unforeseen disruptions, delays, or cancellations in medical appointments or third-party travel arrangements. (Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits Combo Health's liability for death or personal injury caused directly by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory applicable law).
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combo Health's total cumulative liability for any non-clinical service claims shall not exceed the total Coordination Service Fee paid by the client to Combo Health for the specific service turn.
Governing Law: This Disclaimer, its interpretation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Combo Health's coordination services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Jurisdiction: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Disclaimer or our services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent People's Court in the district where COMBO HEALTH GROUP is registered in Guangzhou, China.
