4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Service Fees, and Payment
1.Free Initial Directory & Inquiries: Browsing our Website directory, viewing general information, and submitting an initial consultation request are free of charge.
2.Coordination Service Fee: When you request custom coordination (such as booking appointments, arranging bilingual escorts, or translating medical reports), Combo Health charges a separate Coordination Service Fee for our administrative, logistical, and language support services.
3.Written Quotation:
Before any coordination begins, you will receive a transparent written quotation itemizing our Coordination Service Fee separately from the hospital’s medical fees.
No Coordination Service Fee will be charged without your prior written acceptance of the quotation.
4.Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.
5.No Hospital Referral Commissions: Combo Health operates as an independent service provider. We do not accept referral fees or split commissions with healthcare facilities for directing patients to them. Our sole revenue derives from the transparent coordination service fees agreed with you.
7. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds
1.Hospital Fees: Cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and refund requests regarding actual hospital or medical fees are governed strictly by the respective hospital's or provider's refund policy. While we will assist you in liaising with the hospital, final decisions regarding medical fee refunds rest solely with the hospital.
2.Coordination Service Fee Refund Policy:
Full Refund: If you cancel a requested coordination service before Combo Health performs any work or incurs expenses on your behalf, your Coordination Service Fee will be refunded in full.
Non-Refundable: Once coordination services have been substantially performed (e.g., an appointment has been successfully scheduled, translation has commenced, or a interpreter has been assigned), the Coordination Service Fee becomes non-refundable.
3.Notice for EU/UK Consumers (Waiver of Right of Withdrawal): If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to cancel a service contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by requesting Combo Health to begin performing the coordination services immediately upon quotation acceptance, you expressly request and agree that we begin providing the service before the 14-day cancellation period expires, and you acknowledge that you forfeit your statutory right of withdrawal once the coordination service has been fully performed.
8. Language Assistance & Report Translation Disclaimer
1.Informational Purpose Only: Language interpretation and medical document translation provided by Combo Health are aimed at facilitating clear communication between you and the local medical staff. Translations are for logistical and general informational purposes only.
2.Official Medical Authority: Clinical diagnostics, prescription instructions, and final medical advice are governed strictly by the original medical records and verbal statements issued by licensed healthcare professionals at the hospital. In the event of any discrepancies or ambiguities between a translated document and the physician’s direct diagnosis, the certified medical provider's decision shall prevail.
9. Travel, Visas, and Force Majeure
1.Travel and Visa Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel passports, entry visas, health declarations, and travel insurance required for visiting the People’s Republic of China.
2.Force Majeure: Combo Health shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay, failure in performance, or cancellation resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, public health emergencies, pandemics, border closures, government regulations, visa rejections/delays, flight cancellations, extreme weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
